In villa Konstanca, two bedrooms with their respective en-suite bathroom are located on the ground floor and two on the second floor. The first floor of villa Konstanca consists of a modern kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, a dining area, and a sun-soaked living room. The kitchen provides direct access to a gorgeous spacious terrace with a beautiful, heated pool equipped with massage jets, a jacuzzi, comfortable sun loungers, and a lovely seating area. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the clear sea and green islands.

Notice: deposit of 1.000 EUR is required for visitors younger than 30 years.

Guests of the complex have at their disposal a total of 4 private parking spaces.

In the immediate vicinity of the Konstanca & Sara villa complex there are tennis, basketball and football courts, a sailing academy, and a diving school.

Also, a beautifuly landscaped promenade that stretches along the coast is located near the villa complex. It is ideal for talking long walks and cycling.

Villa Sara Murter has a sister villa, villa Konstanca. Although built as a single connected building, they are rented as two separate villas. Villa Sara is located in the rear part of the same building, on a rise above villa Konstanca.

The terrace of villa Sara extends to the sun deck, also the roof of villa Konstanca.

The pool of villa Sara is located a little lower on a separate terrace along the walls of villa Konstanca. Villa Konstanca has a similar layout as villa Sara. Its offer also includes a courtyard with a children’s playground. Both villas are fully fenced, thus ensuring their guests privacy.
